SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING:

  • All shipments are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • Please allow up to 48 Hours to process your order and ship. 
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email stating it has been shipped with a tracking number.

FREE SHIPPING:

  • FREE SHIPPING applies on all orders of $50.00 or more, with delivery in the United States of America (USA) only.
  • To qualify for free shipping, you must spend at least $50.00 or more on merchandise, excluding Sales Tax.
  • Your order will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage. (Estimated Delivery are between 2-5 Days)
  • USPS does not guarantee any specific date of delivery with USPS Ground Advantage Shipping, is only an estimated date range between 2-5 Days.
  • If you need your order to arrive sooner, please review the other USPS shipping options below under USPS DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS.
  • If you decide to Expedite your shipment, the complementary "FREE SHIPPING" offer will NOT apply, and you will be charged the Expedited fees at checkout.

USPS DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • Shipping charges will vary depending on the USPS service you choose type of shipping option you choose such as Standard (Ground), Expedited, or Overnight.
  • Shipping times depends on the chosen shipping option and the final destination.
  • USPS Ground Advantage - Domestic deliveries typically takes around 2-5 business days. Tracking is available and your order will be insured up to $200.00 at no extra cost. 
  • USPS Priority Mail - Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days depending on where your package starts and where it’s going. Tracking is available and your order will be insured up to $200.00 at no extra cost. 
  • USPS Priority Mail Express - Next-Day to 2–Day delivery service by 6 PM with a money–back guarantee. Next-day delivery is available to most U.S. addresses. Tracking is available and your order will be insured up to $200.00 at no extra cost. For Priority Mail Express Items Addressed to or from Alaska and Hawaii: As of August 1, 2023, USPS will no longer process refund requests for guaranteed service on these items. Refund requests for loss will still be processed.


DAMAGED ITEMS

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately by following the steps below.
  • We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS (Read complete details the "Return and Refund Policy" page by clicking on the link at bottom (Footer Section) of any page on this website).

  • Returns - We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Clearance Items or Gift Cards.
  • ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you receive the item you prefer, is to return the item you currently have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • Refunds - If accepted, the refunded amount will be in full for the item(s) purchased, MINUS the shipping costs for the return of the item(s).
