- 30-DAY RETURN POLICY - You have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return, by email, for a full refund.
- IMPORTANT: If you have a return, please follow the steps below under the RETURN PROCESS section.
- Any items that are returned to KOSMOS JEWELRY, LLC, without first requesting a return for a refund, by following the return rules stated in the RETURN PROCESS, will not be accepted and the shipment returned to you COD at your expense.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN - To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- ACCEPTED RETURNS - After we review your email, we will email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Once we have reviewed your email verified that your returned item(s) were returned in the condition stated in the TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN section
RETURN PROCESS - Follow the steps below for a seamless return process.
- If you are interested in returning any item, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at service@kosmosjewelry.com
- Please provide your Order Number (Example: Order #1001) so we can research you order information.
- Please provide the reason for your return.
- If your items were received damaged or defective, please provide a photo of the item(s) condition when received.

When returning your order, please use the same shipping box that you received your order in. If you have already discarded the original shipping box, you can use another box that is the same size in Length x Width x Height.

Damages and Manufacturer Defect Issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take the appropriate measures to correct any issues.
- In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately.
- We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Clearance items or Gift Cards.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you prefer, is to return the item you currently have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- Refunds - If accepted, the refunded amount will be in full for the item(s) purchased, MINUS the shipping costs for the return of the item(s).
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within approximately 10 to 14 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
